HuMurine Technologies Exclusively Provides Services Utilizing the Humanized NOD/SCID/IL2R gamma null mouse
The Hu-M™ CIEA NOG® Mouse
First commercially available preclinical animal model platform with a functional
human immune component

The Hu-M™ CIEA NOG® mouse is generated using human hematopoietic stem cells and the CIEA NOG®(NOD/SCID/IL2R gamma null) mouse. These mice develop a functional human immune system and allow for the study of human-specific diseases and novel therapies that target them. HuMurine uses its proprietary isolation and purification technology called the iSCHT™ (isolation of stem cells from primary human tissue) to generate the Hu-M™ CIEA NOG® mouse as a part of its REACH™ (Relevant, Easy to standardize, Addresses current FDA regulatory needs, Cost effective and Highly scalable) platform.
Salient Features of the Hu-M™ CIEA NOG® mouse:
- Reconstituted with hematopoietic stem cells from human fetal liver (up to 50% higher chimerization than cord blood derived cells).
- 8 color FACS validation for human lymphocytes in the PB at 8-12 weeks post engraftment (customer tailored flow matrix).
- Special pricing available for first time customers under exploratory study scheme.
The Hu-M™ models can be used as a pre-clinical platform to test therapies against Human:
- Cancer
- Infectious Diseases
- Inflammatory Diseases
- Stem Cell Malignancies
- Cytokine Release Syndrome
- Graft Vs. Host Rejection
- Immunity Assessment
- Vaccine Development
The Hu-M™ models are especially useful for testing:
- Efficacy of Antiviral/Antimicrobial drugs and Chemotherapeutics
- Gene therapy applications for safety and efficacy
- Predicting Immune-modulation, Immunogenicity and Lymphotoxicity of INDs
- Embryonic and hematopoietic stem cell maturation and differentiation profiling
- Lymphotoxicity and cytokine release syndrome by monoclonal antibodies/small molecules
